For Frankfurt’s newly emerging “Riedberg Westflügel” quarter in the Kalbach-Riedberg district on a 14,500 square metre plot Cyrus Moser Architects has designed twelve freestanding buildings with a total of 115 residential units with gardens, underground parking and restaurant with urban external space.

The three-storey sturdy multi-family properties are characterised by a modern, elegant and gently curvaceous architectural style.  Accentuations in colour and materiality highlight the rounded building edges and individualise the asymmetrical properties at the entrances and in the loggia areas. The loggias and balconies are cut deep into the building volume and give it structure. The properties create individuality in the unity because all the properties fit together in a greater uniform, peaceful and elegantly flowing architectural and form style into a large whole. The properties are each aligned parallel to the surrounding streets but each positioned slightly askew to each other on the plot. The timeless quarter will in future stand for individual country living in the middle of the city centre of Frankfurt.
